Terms and Conditions for Customers

1st: Introduction

a. The following terms and conditions apply to contracts between Tommy Fethke and customers, who act private in terms of § 13 BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
b. Theses terms are included by the affirmation of notice the customer gives at the end of order transaction.

3rd: Conclusion of the contract

The contract will be concluded by the affirmation of the order by Tommy Fethke, at the latest by consignment of the product.

4th Prices

a. All stated Prices include the value added tax.
b. In addition shipping charges will accrue.For orders within germany we charge 5€ per shipping. Shipping charges for other destinations are being calculated according to the weight, the size and the destination of the delivery.

5th: Payments

a. Following methods of payment are possible: prepayment (by bank transfer or Paypal ) .
b. Payment by Paypal must be made to the following email-address: satchitananda@web.de
c. The delivered products remain property of Tommy Fethke until complete payment.

6th: Goods and Services

All our products are unique, high-quality, hand-crafted, hand-selected. Therefore, slight deviations in colour and shape of the product from the items pictured here are normal and do not pose a quality infringement or reason for return.

7th: Delivery

a. The shipment will be sent out immediately. If particular products are sold out, a longer waiting period is possible. The customer will be informed immediately.
b. Whenever possible, we try to use recycled packaging material.

8th: Right of Withdrawal

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 1 month after delivery without giving a reason. In this case the payment will be repayed. It is necessary that you return the items in a timely manner. The withdrawal can be effected by email to info@akash.de or in writing to Tommy Fethke, Zschochersche Str. 23 in D-04229 Leipzig , Germany. When the withdrawal is valid, the products have to be returned to Tommy Fethke/Akash, Zschochersche str.23 in D-04229 Leipzig , Germany. The customer must bear the charges of return if sending from outside of Germany. Tommy Fethke will bear the charges of return in the case that the value of the product amounts to 40.00 EUR or more and is shipped from within Germany. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the customer, unless the customer discovers the damage when inspecting the product.

9th: Protection of data privacy

The stored customer data will not be passed on to any third party without the customer's permission.

10th: Final clause

In all contracts German Law is applied to the exclusion of UN-Law.
